Anjanette Jones – Early childhood School Principal

Ms. Anjanette Jones is an American educator with 28 years of experience, four of those being in international schools in the United Arab Emirates and Turkey. She earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in early childhood and elementary education from the University of Montevallo as well as an additional master’s degree in guidance and counseling from the University of West Alabama. Anjanette believes that learning is a lifelong process; therefore she is currently pursuing her PhD. in Education at Selinus University in Italy.

Anjanette has experience in the American, British, and IB curriculums. Her educational career experience has been as an elementary classroom teacher, elementary and high school guidance counselor, ESL specialist for elementary and middle school, kindergarten director, and kindergarten and elementary principal. She has three children who live in their home state of Alabama, U.S.A. When she is not at school, Anjanette enjoys painting, music, and traveling.

Benjamin Sosa
Vice Principal

Benjamin attained his BBA in Management at the University of Texas at Austin. After several years of working in different aspects of the business and retail world, he found his calling in bilingual education.

He has extensive experience in Early Childhood Education specifically with bilingual (English and Spanish) students having taught both Pre-Kinder and Kinder students from both rural and urban schools.

He has extensive experience teaching English as a second language, speaking and listening, and early literacy to students K-12 from around the world.

His favorite hobbies are playing and watching soccer (and most sports), enjoying good drama on television, meeting new people, and traveling. He also enjoys writing for pleasure and exploring ancient or abandoned buildings.
