Co-Curricular Activities: At our school, we offer a range of co-curricular activities that are designed to foster an entrepreneurial mindset among our students. These activities are intended to help students develop skills such as creativity, innovation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership, which are essential for success in any field. Those activities are in the form of clubs open to all students who are interested
Some of the extracurricular activities we offer under the theme of entrepreneurship program include, opportunities for students to network with business professionals, attend workshops and seminars, and participate in business competitions.
Through these extracurricular activities, our school aims to inspire and empower students to become innovative and socially responsible entrepreneurs who can make a positive impact on the world.
Performing Arts
At MET, Performing Arts and Media begin in the early years and develop progressively through Middle School, building confidence, creativity, communication, and self-expression. Through a diverse range of electives including Theater, Drama, Music, Band, Photography, Podcasting, and Media Studies, students explore their interests while developing collaboration, discipline, critical thinking, and digital media skills. As students progress, these opportunities become increasingly specialized and rigorous, helping them identify their strengths and make informed High School choices, including AP-level pathways. MET students are empowered to find their voice, create with purpose, and communicate confidently in an increasingly digital world.
Athletics
Extracurricular activities play a pivotal role in shaping a well-rounded education, offering students the chance to develop essential life skills and explore personal passions beyond the traditional classroom setting. At Metropolitan, we understand the importance of these activities in preparing students for future academic and life challenges, and we are committed to making them a vital part of the education we offer.
By participating in extracurricular programs, students enhance their time management, organization, and interpersonal skills, while also forming lasting friendships and fostering a strong sense of community. Our offerings include the Photography Club, Debate Club, and Performing Arts Clubs such as the School Band and Drama Club. Additionally, we provide sports clubs like Soccer and Padel, ensuring students have ample opportunities to pursue their interests and broaden their horizons.
We believe that these extracurricular programs are an integral part of our students' growth and success, both inside and outside the classroom.
