The Student Metrepreneurship Club

What?

Develop Entrepreneurial Leaning

The Student Entrepreneur Club (SMC) is a co-curricular activity designed to enhance students’ learning of entrepreneurial competencies. It is a club where students work in groups under the supervision of their teachers and the SMC to manage the clubs as if they were their own businesses. This includes, but is not limited to, promoting the clubs’ activities, creating and selling products or services, and raising funds.

Why?

Learning by Doing

By running a mini business enterprise, “clubs,” students learn entrepreneurial competencies practically. Students will exhibit during different celebrations and events, serving as a practical assessment tool where they publicly demonstrate their skills, attitudes, and competencies.

Who?

Open to All Students

The clubs run multiple different activities managed by activities coordinators, teachers, and students from all grades.

How?

Students Lead Clubs

The club is student-led but supervised by teachers and the activities coordinator. Each club will have CEOs (student leaders) and club members from their cluster (grade-level bracket). The CEO, along with their team, will regularly conduct club meetings to plan and coordinate the distribution of tasks.
