For today’s performance task, our second-grade students carefully and accurately created detailed illustrations for each part of the narrative they wrote for their Unit 3 Assessment. Students wrote, revised, and illustrated their own narratives from the perspective of a paleontologist who has just discovered a fossil. Today our students sang, performed, presented hand made fossils, as well as orally presented their books to visitors at their Celebration of Learning.
