Learning to read is about listening and understanding as well as working out what is printed on the page. This helps children to build their own vocabulary and improve their understanding when they listen, which is vital as they start to read.
KG class had a special visit from the upper grades and joined forces to make reading more fun and give our lower grades a great mentoring experience, both really enjoyed getting lost in the book world with their new friends and looking forward for a 2nd visit, Thank You Upper Grade Students!
